Who are we?
We are a start-up called Odin IT trading as S&R Technologies, a family founded technology company from late 1990’s. The founder’s idea was to make a company to service SMB and migrate them into the digital age. Having success in assisting Australian businesses to migrate and get a glimpse of the digital age to improve their reliability, efficiency and data integrity, the youngest member of S&R Technologies decided to create his own brand whilst keeping the legacy of “Saving you time while you focus on growing your business”. Odin IT, is a family run business with a team that has over 20 years of experience within the technology industry. We cater to just about any business regardless of the industry you reside in. We have clients in medical, Panel beating and industrial, Residential and much more. We believe we can do more than just, provide you with solutions, we can give you confidence that your ICT system, will not only be reliable and efficient, but, most importantly, secure.

At Odin IT, our team does more than just read the “news column”, we like to research the mechanics behind the products, share our views and try it before we recommend them to our clients. If the product simply doesn’t deliver as it meant to or does not exceed industry standards, we don’t use it.

Being a non tech savvy person, I came to Max asking him to help me with my laptop issue. I explained to him that the keyboard was working but out of nowhere it had stopped. Max advise me to bring it in so he could have a look as he suspects it could be a hardware fault or a driver issue. The next day, I gave him my laptop, and he inspected it. He told me it was a hardware issue and all I needed was to buy a wireless keyboard and keep using the laptop. He explained to me in further detail, that the laptop performance is still good for my needs, and there is no need to spends hundreds on a new laptop. What is a transparent proxy and how does it impact VPN geo blocking?
Transparent proxy or inline proxy is a server that’s between you and the internet which redirects your request’s and responses without manipulating data. Geo blockers can see the location of these servers hence, block you accessing overseas content.
Can you recover my password?
We have tools that can be used to recover personal passwords or change them.
What platforms/tools do you use to design websites?
We use industry standard platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento and others.
Do you accept AfterPay or Zip?
We currently don’t accept these payment methods as we have our own, although, have plans to introduce them in the future.
What warranty do you offer on your products and services?
All products supplied by us come with standard 1-year manufacture warranty’s unless specified. As for our services, if an error were to occur due to user input, fee’s may apply.
How do you provide training?
